The Cottages

The cottages are situated in a unique beauty spot overlooking the Menai Straits and Snowdonia, just 1 minute from the beach. The nearby beach was the scene of many battles, including one where the Earl of Shrewsbury met his death with an arrow in his eye. The main house is reputed to be haunted by the ghost of a Roundhead. Despite being steeped in history, the cottages (The Granary & The Bothy) are equipped to the highest standard with microwave, television and video.
