Electricity is not included in the prices. A refundable deposit of £100 is required against the cost of damage - this must be presented on a separate cheque from any other payments as I do not cash this unless necessary. The current rate of electricity is 15p per unit but is subject to variation based upon the rates set by the Utilities.
If required, food can be bought and left in the cottages - prices available on request.
Cancellation by Ourselves
In the unlikely event that your holiday accommodation becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond our control, we will offer you alternative accommodation of at least equal standard, if possible. Should this not meet with your approval or if no alternative is available, all monies will be returned in full and we shall not be under any other liability.
We expect people to insure against failing to come on holiday, as once the deposit is paid then the balance will be due at least three weeks before the holiday is due to commence, unless we are able to resell the holiday.
