Delivery information
Postage and packaging is a flat rate charge of £1 within the UK and £1.50 to Europe with a minimum order of £3. Kit subscriptions are free P&P within the UK and £1 for subscriptions being shipped to addresses outside the UK.
Orders will generally be dispatched the same or next day as payment is received, or in the exception of cheques, when the funds are cleared. We accept all major credit card via PayPal (secure credit card processing website). You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to pay via Paypal's secure server. We also welcome payment by postal order and personal cheque, although the latter will delay your order while we wait for the funds to clear.
All ribbons will be sealed in a grip seal bag and sent in a secure envelope. All orders will be sent in pristine condition and we cannot accept liability for packages that are damaged in transit. In this instance, you must contact Royal Mail.
Please keep in mind that once a package has been posted, any claims for lost or damaged packages must be made directly to Royal Mail. Please contact us if you think your package may have gone missing and we will endeavor to assist you in any way possible.
Returns Policy
We take great care to ensure that you will be happy with your order. However, goods that are faulty can, of course, be returned. Please contact us for a return authorisation number. We cannot accept the return of goods that you simply do not like.

We will process returns as quickly as possible.
We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved.
